Paul Ballard of New Orleans, Louisiana, saw an opportunity. He had a dream for a restaurant that would appeal to a special segment of the market. He put together a team he knew he could count on – his brothers, Scott and Steve.

Together, they developed the idea into a plan of action. They researched industry market trends. They drew on their background as franchise owners of two different food services companies and created a varied menu, targeting the preferences of families and young professionals. They sought the advice of food experts to capture the fancy of savvy restaurant-goers in Greater New Orleans, they had nationally recognized and award-winning chef Paul Prudhomme create special sauces.

WOW Cafe & Wingery Restaurants provide a viable alternative for families and individuals seeking informal dining at competitive prices. Variety is the key. The consumer can choose between wings, wraps, salads, shrimp, ribs, catfish, burgers and New Orleans favorites like Gumbo and Red Beans and Rice. Seventeen sauces, developed especially for WOW, allows the customer a variety of seasoning and flavor options.
